After working 10 years in the flooring business, I met many different unhappy Installers who work
for the mayor flooring stores in the Bay Area. Although, they are the ones who put their health on the line
on every job, they ussualy earned less than 20% of what you pay to a flooring store.
I saw an oportunity to do things better. By rewarding my loyal customers, I was able to
reduced my overhead, and at the same time keep my installers happy.
Low overhead means competitive prices to my customers and better pay for my employees that means
they will do an excelent job, resulting in a happy customer. The satisfied customer would refer us, and the cycle continues ...
